SUMMARY:Festival of Resistance - Shut Down DSEI Day of Action
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of music\, performance\, art and actions. The
 re will be amazing bands and DJs\, including Dub the Earth\, Boom Boom Rac
 oon and many more amazing artists. We will have incredible graffiti artist
 s showing off their talents\, and you're welcome to join in. There will ci
 rcus performance and plenty of dancing. Let's say no to these arms dealers
  in true festival style!\n\nThere will be a Critical Mass bike rave - Fing
 er Guns Only! setting off at 12pm from nearby Cundy Park (opposite Prince 
 Regent DLR) to join the Festival of Resistance.\n\nBring snacks. Lunch\, a
 nd a hot evening meal (from about 6pm) will be provided\, for a donation. 
 Tea and coffee will be available all day - bring your own mug!\n\n\nIf you
 're a musician or performer and would like to get involved please give us

 It is crucial that everyone joining this wonderful week of resistance adhe
 res to the Stop the Arms Fair Safer Spaces Policy.  Please also take a lo
 ok at Campaign Against Arms Trade’s Action Guidelines on interactions wi
 th the police – who protect the arms trade\, are part of the arms trade\
 , and are institutionally racist – and on directing our protest at the a
 rms industry (and so being mindful of the local community!).\n\nGreen and 
 Black Cross will be coordinating legal observers throughout the week of ac
 tion.\n\n\n
