DESCRIPTION:Join Quaker Roots for a 'Merchants of Death' walking tour of th
 e London headquarters of several major companies with deep involvement in 
 the arms trade.  We expect that Quakers will lead a short Meeting for Wor
 ship at each site.\n\nMeet at 11am at Friends House - opposite Euston Stat
 ion - and finish back at Friends House at 1pm.  The walk will cover 2 to 
 3 miles through central London and end in easy reach of underground statio
 ns.\n\nQuakers say that refusal to fight with weapons is not surrender.  
 We are not passive when threatened by the greedy\, the cruel\, the tyrant\
 , the unjust.  We will struggle to remove the causes of impasse and confr
 ontation by every means of nonviolent resistance available.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
