The global arms trade devastates the ecosystems we’re part of and which we rely on to live. Whether through the massive ‘carbon bootprint’ military contribution to greenhouse gas emissions, the deliberate destruction of habitats and agricultural land as a way of waging war on civilian populations, or the violent extractivism that new weapons technologies rely on, the war machine is destroying our planet and our future.
