Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Quaker, Sikh, yogis, people of all faiths and none will gather to call for an end to the DSEI arms fair and all profiting from war.
We will use our faith traditions, practices and rituals to express our sorrow and horror at the arms fair, standing in solidarity with each other and those affected by weapons sales. We will stand against the opponents of peace using our prayers, words and action with a day of non-violent protest.
In the afternoon we will take part in a creative action to share our hope for peace, surrounding the ourselves and the weapons of war in love – using our own arms for peace!
Different groups are leading different parts of the day so check out the schedule below for more info. If you’ve never been before, look out for the welcome tent and come along!
