Palestine Solidarity Campaign Stop DSEI Vigil

Family friendly/all welcome. Vigil style event with speeches, readings from literature, speeches etc.

Officials from Israel are scheduled to attend DSEI, alongside several Israeli arms companies, which develop and test weapons through Israel’s apartheid regime against Palestinians. In this way, DSEI will facilitate the sale of weapons and military technology to Israel to be used against Palestinians. Militarised attacks against Palestinians are a key feature of Israel’s regime of settler-colonialism, military occupation, and apartheid. Over 200 Palestinians have been killed in 2023 in Israel’s military invasions, assassinations and bombing campaigns. Palestinians continue to resist Israel’s attacks and struggle for self-determination and justice. It’s vital we stand in solidarity with them and oppose events like DSEI, that facilitate the colonial violence they face.
